THE WORK OF WRESTLING - EP12 - A HIGH SCHOOL PLAY CALLED WRESTLEMANIA
This week on The Work of Wrestling podcast host Tim Kail is joined by his friend and fellow pro-wrestling fan Al Monelli to discuss the state of the WWE - what the company is doing right, what the company is doing wrong, and how the company might evolve.
Hilariaty, coarse language, and philosophizing ensues. The typical 3-part format of the show is absorbed by the conversation, Tim & Al fluctuating between personal stories, thoughts on society & modern culture (with particular attention paid to Facebook & Twitter), and how the WWE is scrambling and fumbling towards The WrestleMania finish-line.
Al & Tim offer honest, constructive criticism on how the WWE can get better, and share where they already see signs for positive change in the company. This is a frank discussion between two old friends who are passaionate about pro-wrestling, who are knowledgeable about pro-wrestling, and who very much want what's actually "best for business" for the WWE.
